Repair Requests are processed on a first come first served basis.
Typically repairs are scheduled about two to three weeks out.
A customer service agent will be calling you to let you know the date of the repair. Repairs are typically done on Fridays.
If you have a particular Friday you would like to be scheduled on just let the service agent know once we contact you.
